Our standard

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1at level AA.

What we do

  • Pages use headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them, with a link to skip straight to the main content.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, and the focused item is always clearly outlined.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
  • Text and buttons meet AA colour-contrast ratios.
  • You can zoom the page; we never block pinch-zoom.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and the contact form works without JavaScript.

Known limitations

  • Links to other websites, such as social media pages and our secure file portal, lead to content we do not control and that may not meet the same standard.
  • The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. Our address is also written out in text on the same page.
  • The employment application is a PDF form. If you have trouble using it, call or email us and we will help you apply another way.
